Our current total area is 60,000 square meters and we have the capacity to produce up to 3,000 Metric Ton each month. The workforce of over 1,000 regularly undergo intensive training to consistent quality standards are maintained.
EXTRUSION
Film extrusion is the first procedure of our production. We have over 100 sets of High Speed Extruders around the clock, producing virtually every type of polythene and polypropylene film. Skilled technicians determine the specifications and properties of the film: its strength, machinability, heat sealability.
PRINTING
Jinguan&rsquos printing lines are equipped with advanced rotogravure printing presses which can print up to 8 colours. The printed accuracy is optimize with zomputerized machine, can print photographic effects with excellent accuracy.
CUTTING AND SEALINGConversion/Hygiene Room
We have over 150 different machines converting film into an almost infinite variety of packaging products.
